York City and YAUFR units responded to this structure fire involving a second-floor apartment Saturday night. Heavy smoke reported upon initial contact by crews. Fire quickly contained. An adult femaie living at the building was charged by York City Police for setting fires in four different areas. The Amercian Red Cross assisted those persons displaced by the fire.
